Terms and Conditions – Studio Photography Workshop (Barcelona) 1. Registration and Payment Registration is completed through our website. Payment must be made in full to guarantee your spot in the workshop. Spaces are limited, so early registration is highly recommended. The cost includes access to the workshop and study materials. Participants must bring their own camera and lenses. 2. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: A full refund of the amount paid will be provided. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: No refund or rescheduling option will be offered. If the organizer cancels the workshop for reasons beyond their control (such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies), a full refund or the option to reschedule the event will be offered. 3. Modifications and Changes The workshop content may be subject to changes depending on the needs of the group or studio conditions. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality of the content and the original structure. If the change is significant, participants will be notified in advance. 4. Liability and Safety Participants must follow the instructor’s directions and respect all safety rules within the studio. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or accidents that may occur during the workshop. By completing registration and payment, participants automatically assume and accept the liability waiver, which will be valid for the event. This waiver is required in order to attend the workshop. 5. Use of Photographs and Image Rights During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to photograph the models and the work carried out in the studio. However, images taken by participants may not be used for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the workshop photographer. Photographs taken during the event may be used by the workshop photographer solely for educational purposes, event promotion, or marketing on platforms such as social media, websites, or promotional materials related to the workshop. By paying for this online course, participants automatically agree that photographs taken during the event may be used by the organizing photographer.
